Clogged Toilet Floods Hallway

Water damage in Alamo Ranch bathroom.

The hall bathroom was clogged with too much toilet paper from a toddler. It, of course, backed up and flooded the hall. The homeowners were very worried that there would be a lot of bacteria from the toilet in their hallway and called SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch to clean it up.

Luckily there was not feces in the toilet which would have been worse to clean. The crew extracted the water, dried the walls and flooring, and disinfected all surfaces that were wet.
