I recently had a mold issue. I’m allergic to mold, which thankfully Annette and her amazing team removed in a timely manner. They were efficient and got the job done sooner than I had anticipated. Very knowledgeable crew and polite. I like them a lot and will call them again for the help. Highly recommended.

As a member of USAA for over forty years I want to take the opportunity to inform you about the wonderful service I received  from Tommy and Mike Galligan of SERVPRO Alamo Ranch.  In July 2015 while on vacation I had a flood in my house and because it was a holiday weekend could only contact USAA by computer.  Since I never encountered something like this I did not know where to begin. 

I called SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch since it was close to my house.  Even though it was a holiday weekend the team at Alamo Ranch SERVPRO responded immediately.  They guided me through the process, treated me like family,  and handled by home and personal contents as if it was their own.   Their workers were former military members with a strong work ethic and had great customer service.  Even though it was a long process to remove the water and mold Tommy and Mike Galligan kept me informed at every step and did an outstanding job.
